Agu Kleme leads selected artistic workshops for children, adults and private groups.
The emphasis is not simply on reproducing a predetermined image step by step. Participants are encouraged to understand colour, composition, surface and their own decisions.
The result should remain personal: guided by artistic knowledge, but still belonging to the person who created it.
Artistic education can provide structure, techniques and useful principles, but creativity should never become mechanical.
Agu's workshops are therefore based on a balance: enough guidance to help participants progress, and enough freedom for each person to make meaningful choices of their own.
The aim is not perfection. The aim is awareness, discovery and the confidence to continue creating.
Learning to look carefully before deciding how something should be represented.
Making room for unexpected results and discovering what different materials can do.
Participants are not expected to produce identical copies of one model.
Creative confidence grows through practice, decisions and the freedom to make mistakes.
Technique gives us possibilities. Imagination decides what we do with them.
Sessions that support imagination, experimentation and the joy of making.
Workshops for beginners, returning painters and anyone who wants to spend time creating.
Selected private or group formats can be discussed individually.
Cultural, educational and collaborative formats may be developed for selected projects.
